How does the 7-day free trial work?
Your 7-day free trial gives you full access to our Basic membership plan. You can use all equipment and facilities just like a regular member. If you don't wish to continue, simply cancel before the 7 days are up, and you won't be charged.
What is your membership cancellation policy?
We offer flexible, no-contract memberships. You can cancel your membership at any time with 30 days' notice. Just fill out the cancellation form at the front desk or through your online member portal.
Can I freeze or pause my membership?
Yes! We understand life gets busy. You can freeze your 'Premium' or 'Ultimate' membership for up to 3 months per calendar year. A small freeze fee may apply. Please contact our support team to arrange this.
What are the gym's opening hours?
Our 'Premium' and 'Ultimate' members enjoy 24/7 access to the gym. For our 'Basic' members, the staffed hours are Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Saturday to Sunday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Are there any hidden sign-up fees?
Absolutely not. We believe in 100% transparency. The price you see ($15.99, $25.99, or $35.99 per month) is the price you pay, plus standard NYC sales tax. There are no initiation fees or hidden charges.
