Welcome to GYM ALPHA. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our facilities and services. Please read them carefully before using our gym. By becoming a member or using our facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing and using GYM ALPHA's facilities and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Membership is personal and non-transferable. You may not allow others to use your membership.
All members must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent.
Membership fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable.
You may cancel your membership at any time with 30 days' notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate membership at our discretion.
Members must check in at the front desk upon arrival.
Appropriate athletic attire and closed-toe shoes must be worn at all times.
Members must wipe down equipment after use.
Personal training sessions must be scheduled in advance.
Photography and videography require prior approval from management.
Disruptive behavior, harassment, or intimidation will not be tolerated.
Members use the facilities at their own risk. We recommend consulting with a physician before beginning any exercise program.
Members must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to exercise safely.
GYM ALPHA is not responsible for injuries sustained while using our facilities.
Members must follow all posted safety guidelines and staff instructions.
GYM ALPHA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Members should use provided lockers and bring their own locks.
Items left in lockers overnight may be removed and donated to charity.
Membership fees are charged automatically on the same day each month.
Failed payments may result in suspension of membership privileges.
A late fee may be applied to overdue accounts.
All fees are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Memberships may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
Memberships may be frozen for up to 3 months per year for a small administrative fee.
No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services.
Guest passes are available based on your membership level.
Guests must be 18 years or older and sign a waiver.
Guests must follow all facility rules and regulations.
Members are responsible for their guests' behavior.
All content, logos, and materials at GYM ALPHA are our intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
GYM ALPHA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for membership in the past 12 months.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
